Here's what I made:
2 cups Spinach
1 cup Cold Water
A handful of mixed berries - I had frozen blueberries
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein powder
Blend until smooth. Now the color is not too appetizing. It's definitely a mind over matter thing. I closed my eyes and tasted it. Absolutely Yummy!!! The colder the better and the amount was too much for one person. I think it's more of a 2 person serving. The taste was great but I had to really concentrate to not think about the color. My son liked the taste but he couldn't get over the look. He said "smoothies are supposed to be pink". I think he'd do great with a fruit smoothie but I don't know any other way to get the veggies into a pink smoothie! But if I'm being honest, I'm the problem, not him. So far he's a pretty good veggie eater!
